CI: Postgres service container fails on the runner #7

Run 7 (commit e651dd2) failed within 27s when the workflow had a services: postgres block. The same steps pass locally in node:24 with Postgres alongside. After removing the service (32f47d6), CI went green. lemonaid and voice-coach don't use services, so this is the first workflow on the runner to try one.

I couldn't read the job log: the Forgejo API has no job-log endpoint, and the web route needs a browser session. Please open https://forgejo.sivic.me/kevinsivic/finance-dashboard/actions/runs/7 and check the test job's log.

Until this is fixed, the Postgres contract tests (src/db/Database.test.ts) only run locally via make test-db. Options once the cause is known: fix the runner config so services work, or start Postgres from a workflow step instead.
